23 STOUT This stout, which pays homage to Evansville native and Yankee great Don Mattingly, is crafted in the sweet stout style to provide significant body and a roasty, bittersweet chocolate flavor without the burnt flavors often associated with stouts. |
SEASONAL BREWS
| HELLES BOCK Available in Spring A German-styled lager. It is brewed using a multi-step mashing procedure. It is deep gold/light amber in color. The malty aroma and flavor is balanced by spiciness from noble hops and alcohol. |
| WIT'S UP Available in Summer A Belgian-styled wheat ale. Coriander, orange peel and ginger contribute flavor and aroma to this unfiltered wit or white beer. |
| HEFEWEIZEN Available in Summer A German-styled wheat ale. Yeast creates the spicy flavor and cloudy appearance of this unfiltered ale. |
| BLACK LIGHT LAGER Available in Summer A German-styled black lager. This beer is light in flavor despite its dark color. |
